J.P Construction was started prior to the year 2001. Since then the affairs of the company has been managed by Mr.Jitendra Prasad as a Chairman cum Managing Director. The company is now a pioneer in the real estate development in the State of Jharkhand. Since its inception company has already completed a Prestigious projects over a total built up area of apprx. 2.5 lacs sq ft. Currently Our company has ongoing projects totaling to apprx. 3.5 lacs sq. ft. The company has sufficient work force and infrastructure with modern machines & tools. Now at the present time Company name has been changed to J.P.Construction LLP

Currently the company has capacity to undertake a one time project measuring a built up area of 5 lacs sqft. Incorporated in late 2000, JP Construction LLP has since evolved into the leading brand name in Jharkand’s Real Estate Development Industry. Under the watchful eye of it’s Chairman Cum Managing Director, Mr.Jitendra Prasad, JP Construction LLP has moved from strength to strength and is, today, responsible for building one of the most important skylines in the state. With modern infrastructure & an able workforce to match, the success we have achieved comes as no surprise.

      The company has recently stepped in the field of supply of branded interiors decorative materials for strengthening the role of fourth pillar in the real estate development .Also JP Construction LLP company is a direct channel partner of the reputed company like LAFARGE Cement, JAY PEE Cement,TATA TISCON , CAPTAIN TMT Bar, VIKROMATIC TMT Bar.
